Abstract

本発明は、溶融炉の一次燃焼室の上部内壁へのクリンカの付着を防止できるガス化溶融設備及びガス化溶融設備の溶融炉燃焼用空気供給方法を提供することを目的とする。ガス化溶融設備１０は、ガス化炉２０と、その生成ガス中の熱分解ガスを燃焼させるとともに灰分を溶融スラグ化する溶融炉３０と、ガス化炉２０内の生成ガスを溶融炉３０の生成ガス導入口に導くガスダクト４０とを備える。溶融炉３０の生成ガス導入口はその一次燃焼室３１の上部側壁に設けられる。該生成ガス導入口の近傍においてガスダクト４０に、溶融炉３０の一次燃焼室用の燃焼用空気全量の７０％以上の燃焼用空気を供給する第１の燃焼用空気供給ノズル４１ａ～４１ｃ，４２ａ～４２ｃが設けられる。
