Abstract

L'invention concerne un équipement de fusion de gazéification et un procédé d'alimentation en air pour combustion dans un four de fusion d'équipement de fusion de gazéification, conçu pour empêcher l'adhérence de mâchefer à une paroi interne de zone supérieure de la chambre de combustion primaire d'un four de fusion. L'équipement de fusion de gazéification (10) comprend un four de gazéification (20), un four de fusion (30) capable de brûler un gaz de pyrolyse contenu dans des gaz produits à partir de celui-ci et de convertir également des contenus de cendre en un laitier fondu et un conduit de gaz (40) pour guider les gaz produits à l'intérieur du four de gazéification (20) vers un orifice d'introduction de gaz produits du four de fusion (30). L'orifice d'introduction de gaz produits du four de fusion (30) est disposé sur une paroi latérale de zone supérieure de la chambre de combustion primaire (31) de celui-ci. La conduite de gaz (40) au voisinage de l'orifice d'introduction de gaz produits comporte des buses d'alimentation en air de combustion primaire (41a-41c, 42a-42c) pour une alimentation en air de combustion représentant jusqu'à 70 % ou plus de la quantité totale d'air de combustion pour la chambre de combustion primaire du four de fusion (30).
