Abstract

Exerciseur (10) servant à l'activation des forces des bras d'une personne effectuant un entraînement sur le pédalier (3) d'un appareil du type tapis de jogging stationnaire (1), exerciseur dans lequel une barre d'entraînement (40) pour la transmission des forces des bras, est montée mobile sur chacune des unités de pédale (20), en vue d'entraîner de manière intensive, outre la partie inférieure du corps et les jambes, également la partie supérieure du corps. L'exerciseur (10) est caractérisé en ce que chaque barre d'entraînement (40) est fixée sur l'unité de pédale correspondante (20), via un joint à rotule (30) permettant à la barre d'entraînement (40) d'effectuer des mouvements de pivotement, au moins dans des directions latérales (62, 63), ainsi que dans des directions avant (64) et arrière (65), dans la zone dudit joint à rotule (30), et en ce qu'il est prévu, entre l'unité de pédale (20) et l'extrémité supérieure de la barre d'entraînement (40), au moins un joint tournant (50) qui, tout en maintenant une liaison rigide, à transmission de force, pour la partie de la barre (40), maintenue par la main correspondante de la personne pratiquant l'exercice, permet d'effectuer des mouvements de rotation, dans les deux sens de rotation (60, 61), autour de l'axe longitudinal central (46).
