Abstract

　複数の撮影モードを容易に且つ確実に切り替え、それぞれのモードに応じた画像や映像を取得することができるカメラシステムを提供する。カメラ１には、姿勢検出スイッチ１２１（１２２）が設置されており、支持軸３に形成されたスイッチ押圧突起３３２（３３１）により押圧されることでオン状態となる。カメラ１は保持部材２により着脱可能に設置され、保持部材２とカメラ１は、支持軸３に対して回動可能に設置される。カメラ１の複数の回動位置、保持部材２からの脱離状態のそれぞれで、姿勢検出スイッチ１２１（１２２）とスイッチ押圧突起３３２（３３１）との接触、すなわち姿勢検出スイッチ１２１（１２２）のオン／オフの組み合わせが異なるので、カメラ１はこの組み合わせを検出して、自装置の姿勢を判断し、姿勢に応じた撮影モードでの映像補正を行って出力する。
