Abstract

 離型シート上に粘着剤層を有する光学フィルム用粘着シートであって、離型シート上の粘着剤層表面の表面粗さ(Ra)が、2~150nmである。当該光学フィルム用粘着シートは、離型シート上に粘着剤塗工液を塗工する工程、前記粘着剤塗工液に、温度30~80°C、風速0.5~15m/秒の第1乾燥工程、および、温度90~160°C、風速0.1~25m/秒の第2乾燥工程、を施すことにより粘着剤層を形成する工程を、有する製造方法により得ることができる。当該光学フィルム用粘着シートは、液晶表示装置等の画材表示装置に適用した場合に、粘着剤層にかかわる視認性の問題を低減することができる。
