Abstract

Provided is an electrical equipment unit for an outdoor unit, which comprises a first substrate so arranged in a machine room as to confront a partition, and a second substrate arranged to confront the front face of a casing, so as to facilitate the layouts of outdoor coolant circuit constituting parts arranged in the machine room and the electrical equipments on the substrates. The electrical equipment unit (61) comprises the first and second substrates (71 and 81) mounting electrical equipments, a unit body (62) and a reactor (84). The unit body (62) includes a first substrate mounting unit (63) mounting the first substrate (71) and so arranged in the machine room (S2) as to confront a partition (56), and a second substrate mounting unit (64) mounting the second substrate (81) and arranged to confront the front face of a unit casing (51). The reactor (84) is arranged in a space (S3) of a generally triangular pole shape formed between the first substrate mounting unit (63) and the second substrate mounting unit (64), and is attached to the unit body (62).
