　直流電圧が印加される第１電極２と、第１電極２上に配置され、酸化物誘電体からなる誘電体層３と、該誘電体層上に配置され、少なくとも誘電体層３と接する部分が酸化性を有する酸化物導電性材料からなる第１部位４１を有し、且つ前記第１電極２に印加される直流電圧より低い直流電圧が印加される第２電極４と、を有するキャパシタ。
