Abstract

　エレベータロープの接続方法では、まず、ロープ挿入孔を有する樹脂製の接続パイプの一端部からロープ挿入孔内に第１のエレベータロープの端部を挿入するとともに、接続パイプの他端部からロープ挿入孔内に第２のエレベータロープの端部を挿入する。この後、接続パイプを加熱することにより、第１及び第２のエレベータロープの端部を接続パイプに溶着させる。
