Abstract

 複数の素電池が直列に接続され、当該素電池の直列回路から電力を機器へ供給する組電池と、前記組電池及び前記機器が並列に接続され、発電された電力を前記組電池及び前記機器へ並列に供給する発電機と、前記複数の素電池を個々に強制放電する複数の強制放電部と、前記各素電池の状態を検出する電池状態検出部と、前記電池状態検出部によって、前記複数の素電池のうち少なくともひとつが、当該素電池が満充電に満たないことを示す第1状態であることが検出されたとき、当該第1状態であることが検知された素電池を、前記電池状態検出部によって前記第1状態より充電深度が低い第2状態になったことが検出されるまで、前記強制放電部によって放電させる制御部とを備えた。
