Abstract

The present invention relates to novel polymorphic forms of the fumarate salt of tegaserod, and to processes for the preparation of these novel polymorphic forms. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these novel polymorphs, and to uses of said compositions for treating patients suffering from gastrointestinal disorders.
