Abstract

L'invention concerne un module de traitement de biomasse. (B) massique et pulvérulente et/ou liquide par un flux gazeux de traitement sur un lit fixe sensiblement horizontal, ledit module présentant une ouverture d'admission (233) de la biomasse à traiter sur ledit lit fixe et une ouverture d'évacuation (237) de la biomasse après traitement, caractérisé en ce que ledit module de traitement comprend plusieurs zones, dites de traitement, ledit module comprenant en outre : au moins un moyen d'injection (13) d'un flux gazeux de traitement dans ledit module, ledit moyen d' injection étant commun audites zones de traitement, et pour chacune desdites zones de traitement, des moyens d'extraction (15) du flux gazeux de traitement chargé obtenu après traitement avec une perte de charge d'extraction sensiblement constante pour l'ensemble desdites zones de traitement. L'invention concerne également un système et un procédé de pyrolyse et de gazéification de la biomasse massique, pulvérulente et liquide mettant en oeuvre au moins deux modules selon l'invention, communicant entre eux.
