Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode de génération de baculovirus à partir de cellules d'insectes, à l'aide d'une plaque à haut rendement, dans laquelle les cellules d'insectes sont transfectées ou infectées par un virus en suspension. Ladite plaque comprend des puits présentant une section transversale sensiblement carrée.
