L'axe (2) d'extrémité gauche est connecté à un conduit (1) d'air; l'essieu (6) d'extrémité droite est connecté à un accouplement (9) d'arbres; l'accouplement (9) d'arbres est connecté à un réducteur (10); l'extrémité d'entrée du réducteur (10) est connectée à un moteur (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un frein (11); le rouleau (14) est pourvu de sorties (4) d'air et d'une porte (15); et l'axe (6) d'extrémité droite est pourvu d'une entrée (7) d'air frais. La machine de nettoyage peut évacuer les impuretés du bloc d'anode, les impuretés électrolytiques et d'autres impuretés provenant de la fonte brute au phosphore cassée pour recycler la fonte brute au phosphore. Ladite machine permet de réduire la résistance entre le fer et le charbon de bois, fonctionne de manière stable et fiable et présente une structure simple.
