  • Three part disc is driven by electric motor gear coupling or belt coupling disk rim, which enables fully noiseless opening and closing of visor in the mask.
  • Electric motor drive no matter on the type of coupling with disk, is activated by remote control placed at a pincers for welding, which is in a full control of welding worker.
  • Electric motor is powered from battery which is placed inside of a case as an assembly which contains three part disc and electric motor, bearing, and inside and outside cover, or outside protection transparent plastic wall, which is resistant to sparks produced by welding.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un masque universel pour fermeture et ouverture par rotation d'un verre coloré, comprenant un moteur électrique (5) couplé par engrenage ou courroie à un support de verres colorés (6) à disque rotatif en trois parties, dans lequel sont insérés des verres colorés (8 et 9) et une partie transparente. Après activation de la rotation par télécommande, la rotation du verre coloré (8) commence. Lors d'une rotation dans le sens opposé, le verre coloré (9) tourne jusqu'à une position centrale supérieure. Les verres peuvent également revenir en position de départ et être maintenus dans cette position à l'aide d'une pièce de blocage (7). L'ensemble est placé sur un boîtier bicouche (1) formé par découpe de pièces à partir d'une plaque et assemblé par pliage et formage des pièces en profil de 'H' modifié (4), d'où l'obtention d'un masque léger et silencieux, les soudeurs disposant en outre de deux options de protection.
