Abstract

電極層と電解質層を積層した多層全固体型のリチウムイオン二次電池では、電極層と電解質層の界面に充放電反応に寄与しない不純物層ができ、電池特性を劣化させるという問題があった。この対策として、界面に反応生成物を形成しない従来技術による電池では、界面の接合が十分強固なものとならないという問題があった。 電極層と電解質層を積層した後、焼成を行う工程で、電極層と電解質層の界面に充放電反応に寄与する反応生成物からなる中間層が形成されるように、電極層及び電解質層の材料を選択した。また、所定の混合比で活物質と導電性物質を混合したペーストを用い正極層、負極層を形成した。電極抵抗、界面抵抗の低減、充放電サイクル特性の改善が可能になった。
