Abstract

　重量が小さく、高回転のエンジンに対応可能なラッシュアジャスタを提供する。 　カム６の回転に応じて揺動するアルミ合金製のアーム７の揺動端部７Ｃの下面に有底の収容孔１４を開口させ、その収容孔１４の内周に上側を小径とする段部１９を設け、その収容孔１４内に上下両端がいずれも開放した筒状の鋼製のナット部材１５を嵌め込んでナット部材１５の上端面を段部１９に当接させ、そのナット部材１５を収容孔１４から抜け止めする凸部２０を収容孔１４の下端内周に設け、ナット部材１５の内周に形成された雌ねじ２３にねじ係合する雄ねじ２２を外周に有するスクリュロッド１６を設け、そのスクリュロッド１６の上端面と収容孔１４の底面２７との間に組み込んだスプリング１７でスクリュロッド１６を下方に付勢し、そのスクリュロッド１６の下端面を動弁装置のバルブステム５に当接させるようにする。
