Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Membranpumpe (1) zur Förderung und Dosierung eines insbesondere flüssigen Mediums, umfassend einen mit dem flüssigen Medium füllbaren Förderraum, einen mit einer Hydraulikflüssigkeit gefüllten Druckraum, eine Membran (7), die den Förderraum vom Druckraum trennt und dazwischen freischwingend befestigt ist, einen in dem Druckraum vorgesehenen Kolbenarbeitsraum (16), der in Fluidverbindung mit der Membran steht, und einen hydraulischen Membranantrieb, der einen in Richtung der Membran längsverschieblichen Kolben (15) aufweist, der mit seiner unteren der Membran zugewandten Stirnseite (34) mit dem Kolbenarbeitsraum (16) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Kolben (15) um eine vorbestimmte Strecke in Richtung der Membran bewegbar ist, wobei der Kolbenarbeitsraum (16) eine Bodenfläche (20) aufweist, gegen die der Kolben (15) mit seiner unteren Stirnseite (34) bei der Bewegung innerhalb des Kolbenarbeitsraums (16) anstösst, so dass der Kolben (15) bei einem Kontakt mit der Bodenfläche (20) einen unteren Totpunkt erreicht.
