Abstract

L'invention concerne le développement du cancer, de façon plus précise, de la leucémie. En particulier, l'invention concerne des animaux transgéniques comprenant, dans leur génome, un oncogène humain qui peut être régulé de façon exogène par une substance effectrice. L'invention concerne en outre des animaux transgéniques comprenant, dans leur génome, le gène BCR-ABLp 190. De plus, l'invention concerne l'utilisation des mammifères non humains transgéniques de l'invention pour la découverte et le développement de composés pour la prévention et/ou le traitement du cancer.
