Abstract

La présente invention concerne des protéines, un polynucléotide, une cassette d'expression, un vecteur et des compositions bactériennes permettant d'obtenir des protéines d'intérêt par l'expression des éléments susdits dans des bactéries à Gram négatif qui présentent un système de sécrétion de type III. L'invention concerne également les utilisations des protéines ainsi obtenues pour la fabrication de protéines isolées, de soies, de fibres, de fils ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques.
