Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'élimination de composés oxygénés d'une charge de paraffines, riche en paraffines ou riche en oléfines, qui consiste à faire passer une charge d'alimentation, comprenant une ou plusieurs paraffines en C10 à C15 ou une charge de paraffines riche en oléfines en C10 à C15 et un ou plusieurs composés oxygénés, sur un lit d'adsorbant comprenant un ou plusieurs adsorbants sélectionnés parmi le gel de silice, l'alumine activée et les zéolites de type X au sodium pour enlever sensiblement la totalité desdits produits d'oxygénation; et à récupérer lesdites paraffines. Un second lit d'adsorbant peut être employé pour enlever plus complètement ces produits d'oxygénation.
