Abstract

 安全性に優れ、高い電池容量を有する蓄電素子を提供する。本発明の蓄電素子は、少なくとも正極活物質層及び正極集電体を有する正極、負極活物質層及び負極集電体を有する負極、セパレータ、並びに有機電解液を備えた蓄電素子であって、前記負極活物質層はリチウムイオンを挿入及び脱離する金属複合酸化物で構成され、前記正極活物質層は層状結晶構造を有する炭素質材料を含有しており、前記炭素質材料に於ける層状結晶構造の層間距離d002が0.36nm~0.38nmであることを特徴とする。
