Abstract

 本発明の目的は、主流路に複数の副流路から試薬を順次送液して、目的物質を正確に検出できるマイクロチップを提供することである。本発明に係るマイクロチップは、試薬と試料の混合液が流れる主流路と、試薬が流れる副流路と、副流路の下流側端部に設けられた撥水バルブ部と、撥水バルブ部の下流側端部に設けられるとともに主流路の途中に接続される、撥水バルブ部よりも幅及び深さの大きい接続部と、を有することを特徴とする。
