Abstract
L'invention concerne une micropuce qui peut détecter une substance cible de façon précise par introduction d'un réactif de façon séquentielle à partir d'une pluralité de sous-canaux dans un canal principal. La micropuce est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un canal principal à travers lequel un mélange liquide d'un réactif et d'un échantillon s'écoule, un sous-canal à travers lequel le réactif s'écoule, une partie de soupape hydrofuge disposée à l'extrémité côté aval des sous-canaux, et une jonction ayant une largeur et une profondeur supérieures à celles de la partie de soupape hydrofuge et disposée sur le côté d'extrémité aval de la partie de soupape hydrofuge et reliée à une certaine position le long du canal principal.
