Abstract

 熱硬化性樹脂を用いて光学素子を容易に成形する光学素子の製造方法、それに用いる中間部材、及びそれにより成形された光学素子を提供するために、一対の金型(10,20)を近接する方向に相対移動して中間部材(30)を圧縮した状態でエネルギー硬化性樹脂を注入させ硬化させるので、液体状の熱硬化性樹脂の粘度が低くても、圧縮された中間部材(30)がシールの役割を果たし、ランナーやゲートなどから液体状の熱硬化性樹脂が漏れ出ることを抑制できる。又、成形された光学素子(OE)を、中間部材(30)と一体的に離型させることができるので、押し出しピン等を下型(10)等に設ける必要がなくなり、従って摺動部を設けなくて済むため、その清掃をする必要もなく手間がかからないという利点もある。
