Abstract

 小型を進めることができ、しかも通過帯域高域側における阻止域の減衰量の拡大を図ることができ、かつ通過帯域高域側におけるフィルタ特性の急峻性を高め得る弾性波装置を提供する。  圧電基板上に形成された3IDT型の第1,第2の弾性波フィルタ部3,4を有し、第1,第2の弾性波フィルタ部3,4が第2のIDT同士及び第3のIDT同士を電気的に接続することにより縦続接続されており、第1の弾性波フィルタ部の第1のIDT部11に弾性波共振子5が接続されており、第1の弾性波フィルタ部3の第1のIDT11の電極指の本数をNA、第2,第3のIDT12,13の電極指の本数をNBとし、第1,第2の弾性波フィルタ部の反射器14,15,24,25のストップバンドの終点周波数をfB、弾性波共振子5の反共振周波数をfaとしたときに、2.6≦NA/NB≦3.5かつ0.995≦fB/fa≦1.010とされている、弾性波装置1。
