Abstract
L'invention concerne la métallurgie et notamment la production sans déchets de fer sans carbone et d'alliages mères alliés avec du vanadium et à haute teneur en titane ainsi que la fabrication de clinker fondu adapté à la fabrication de ciments à haute teneur en alumine de marques 1 et 2. L'invention permet de mettre en oeuvre un technologie, de type sans déchets, économisant l'énergie et respectueuse de l'environnement, de réduction en phase liquide de métaux à partir d'oxydes dans des conditions de rotation du bain de fusion par un champ électromagnétique; entre autres, cette technologie permet d'utiliser pendant la fusion la force centrifuge, de faire fondre rapidement la charge alimentée pour fusion et de réduire dans cette charge de manière sélective des métaux à partir d'oxydes, et de dissoudre rapidement le fer dans l'aluminium pendant la fabrication de ferroaluminium. Le processus technique est mis en oeuvre pratiquement sans aucun dégagement de gaz du bain de fusion, ce qui réduit sensiblement les frais liées à la fabrication d'équipements d'évacuation et de purification de gaz. La présence dans ce dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé d'un accumulateur de ferrosilicium circulant simplifie le processus de transformation de la charge, réduit le temps de transformation de chaque portion de charge suivante, permet d'éliminer dans la composition de l'équipement de l'utilisation de poche de coulée destinées au ferrosilicium circulant et permet d'utiliser des moyens assurant le maintient de ferrosilicium circulant à l'état liquide.
