Abstract

The present invention is directed towards boron substituted carbon compounds, methods of storing hydrogen by contacting such compounds with hydrogen to adsorb hydrogen thereon, and fuel cells containing such compounds. The present invention also provides methods for storing hydrogen on B substituted carbon nanotubes.
