Abstract

Method for storing hydrogen wherein hydrogen is put into contact with a hydrogen accumulator composed of silicon carbide or containing silicon carbide, a hydrogen generator comprising a hydrogen accumulator composed of silicon carbide or containing silicon carbide, a method for the production of hydrogen by the release of hydrogen from the hydrogen accumulators and fuel cell comprising, as a hydrogen generator, a hydrogen accumulator composed of silicon carbide or containing silicon carbide.
