Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Dithiolenübergangsmetallkomplexe und deren Selen-analoge Verbindungen gemäß den Strukturen (1) und (2), sowie deren Verwendung insbesondere als Dotand zur Dotierung eines organischen halbleitenden Matrixmaterials, das organische halbleitende Matrixmaterial sowie elektronische und optoelektronische Bauelemente enthaltend die Verbindungen.
