Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Dithiolenübergangsmetallkomplexen, Selen-analoger Verbindungen derselben als Dotand zur Dotierung eines organischen halbleitenden Matrixmaterials, wobei die Übergangsmetallkomplexe die folgenden Strukturen aufweisen:
