Abstract
La présente invention concerne un instrument chirurgical endoscopique comprenant un ensemble poignée destiné à actionner l'instrument chirurgical, un ensemble col articulé prenant appui sur et s'étendant à partir de l'ensemble poignée, et un effecteur terminal prenant appui de façon fonctionnelle sur l'ensemble col. L'ensemble poignée comprend un boîtier; un déclencheur prenant appui de façon fonctionnelle sur le boîtier; au moins une tige d'actionnement connectée de façon fonctionnelle au déclencheur et s'étendant à partir du boîtier, un actionnement du déclencheur imprimant un mouvement de translation axiale à la tige d'actionnement; et au moins un câble d'articulation pouvant être actionné depuis le boîtier. L'effecteur terminal comprend une paire de mâchoires juxtaposées montées pour pouvoir pivoter, les mâchoires pouvant se déplacer au moins entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, et une extrémité distale de la tige d'actionnement venant en prise de façon fonctionnelle avec la paire de mâchoires pour effectuer l'ouverture et la fermeture des mâchoires.
