Abstract

L'invention concerne un module de lecture d'une biopuce, sur laquelle se trouvent des points fluorescents avec des informations biologiques. Le module selon l'invention comporte une seule diode électroluminescente émettrice sensiblement ponctuelle servant de source de lumière. Un canal d'éclairage servant à éclairer la biopuce et un canal de lecture servant à représenter les différents points fluorescents sur une caméra sont séparés l'un de l'autre au moyen d'un miroir dichroïque au moins dans une zone. Les ouvertures numériques du canal d'éclairage et du canal de lecture sont réalisées différemment au moyen d'une tôle insérée dans le canal de lecture dans la zone située entre le miroir dichroïque et la caméra, l'ouverture numérique de canal de lecture étant plus petite que celle du canal d'éclairage. Un filtre permettant de sélectionner spectralement la lumière de la diode électroluminescente est en outre inséré dans le canal d'éclairage pour que les points fluorescents ne soit excités que par la lumière de longueur d'onde différente de la lumière fluorescente et pouvant être filtrée facilement dans le canal de lecture. Le module selon l'invention de lecture d'une biopuce est très facilement réalisé et permet cependant une détection très efficace des points fluorescents.
