Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux procédés d'utilisation de 4,17β-dihydroxyandrost-4-ène-3-one (appelée ci-après 4-hydroxytestostérone), un procédé destiné à préparer ces composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant, et leur utilisation pour la prophylaxie et/ou le traitement du cancer du sein chez les mammifères, indépendamment de l'état du récepteur d'oestrogène de la tumeur.
