Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouvel ensemble (2) de circulateurs mécaniques présentant une structure compacte et offrant un bon rendement énergétique. L'invention consiste à réduire sensiblement la longueur des arbres (13) des circulateurs qui ne mesurent que 0,50 à 0,56 m, par rapport à une longueur traditionnelle de 5,0 à 8,0 m (circulateurs mécaniques montés en haut) et de 1,7 à 2,5 m (circulateurs mécaniques montés en bas), en plaçant les moyens d'étanchéité et l'ensemble palier dans un logement d'étanchéité et de palier (4) spécialement conçu, disposé à l'intérieur de la cuve à vide, et en utilisant une boîte de vitesses compacte et légère (15) du type planétaire en ligne comportant un arbre de sortie cannelé creux et un arbre d'entrée creux avec un mécanisme de clavetage permettant un assemblage en ligne direct par brides de la transmission (16).
