Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von teilchenförmigen Kompositmaterialien, wobei zunächst feste, im trockenen Zustand, insbesondere in Pulverform, vorliegende, anorganisch oder organisch basierte Teilchenagglomerate oder -aggregate in der Gasphase bzw. in einem gasförmigen Trägermedium und in Gegenwart organisch basierter Matrixpartikel unter Energieeintrag zerkleinert und nachfolgend die resultierenden zerkleinerten Teilchen in die organisch basierten Matrixpartikel dispergiert, insbesondere hierin eingelagert und/oder hieran angelagert, werden. Die auf diese Weise hergestellten Kompositmaterialien sind vielfältig anwendbar und eignen sich insbesondere zur Anwendung in Kunststoffen verschiedenster Art, zur Verwendung in Beschichtungsmassen, Farben und Lacken, insbesondere Pulverlacken, zur Eigenschaftsmodifizierung bei ihrem Einsatz in den entsprechenden Produkten und dergleichen.
