Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode d'imagerie de diffusion de l'eau en Imagerie par Résonance Magnétique dans une zone d'intérêt diagnostique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en combinaison l'administration d'un produit de contraste capable de générer un signal spécifiquement dans sa zone de localisation spécifique, ladite zone de localisation étant incluse dans ladite zone d'intérêt, l'application d'une séquence d'imagerie de diffusion de l'eau à l'ensemble de la zone d'intérêt, et la lecture des images dans la zone d'intérêt, le signal spécifique dû au produit de contraste modifiant significativement et spécifiquement le signal dans la zone de localisation spécifique par rapport au signal de l'ensemble de la zone d'intérêt.
