Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des constructions mécaniques et notamment des machines hydrauliques à déplacement volumique, et plus précisément des moteurs hydrauliques et des pompes à engrènement interne des rotors, notamment leur réalisation multiphasée. La machine comprend un rotor externe (6) avec des dents internes (7) et un rotor interne (8) muni de dents externes (9) et monté de façon excentrique, qui est rigidement lié à un arbre de manière à former deux cavités actives d'aspiration et d'éjection entre les dents et les logements des deux rotors, ainsi que des disques d'extrémité annulaires (21, 22) coaxiaux avec le rotor interne (6) et adhérant par la surface plane annulaire aux deux extrémités des rotors interne et externe (6, 8), sur toute l'épaisseur de cette surface annulaire. La machine est munie d'un revêtement polymère souple. Les disques d'extrémité annulaires (21, 22) sont reliés aux extrémités du rotor interne (6) de manière à former une pièce de rotation unique au moyen d'éléments filetés. L'épaisseur de la surface annulaire plane de chaque disque d'extrémité est choisie (21, 22) en fonction d'un rapport prédéterminé.
