Abstract

The invention relates to a hygiene seal. More specifically, the invention relates to an anti-use security bar or device which is installed on the comb opposite the teeth such as to prevent the comb from being used prior to the removal of said device, thereby simultaneously acting as a security element and guaranteeing that the comb has not been used. In addition, the comb is also equipped with a multi-purpose side adapter which, together with the seal, eliminates the shortcomings of said hair care instrument in terms of hygiene and which prevents the comb from being released from the hand and coming into contact with the ground. The comb comprises two clearly-defined sections of teeth, namely fine teeth and coarse teeth, in which the coarse teeth have been altered to adopt a ball or spherical shape at the tip thereof, such as to improve contact between the teeth of the comb and the scalp, rendering same more pleasant. For said purpose and in order to prevent rough contact between the scalp and the central tooth of the comb, the height of the central tooth has been reduced since said tooth is joined to the seal in order to support same and, as such, may be left with a sharp tip upon removal of the seal. In this way, the actuation zone of the central tooth is disposed below that of the other teeth. Following manufacture, the assembly comprising the comb, the seal and the multi-purpose adapter can be introduced into a bag for storage purposes, such that the product reaches its destination, in this case the end customer, in the best possible cleanliness and hygiene conditions.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As it is known, a wide variety of combs are known in terms of models, sizes and shapes, some with thick spikes, others with fine ones, there are combined, others with spikes on the side, and we can also find them with handles for handling etc.

There are also combs protected by cases, others in bags protecting them from external contact, some sterile according to their packaging, but in any case none of those known have any device to detect whether the comb has been used before or not, being impossible to guarantee that the use of the comb was the first or only if so decided, once they have been removed from their packaging, since they are exempt from any reliable evidence or at least easily detectable with the means we normally have, such as They can be tactile or visual.
