Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Verwerten von alternativen Brennstoffen bei der Klinker- bzw. Zementherstellung werden die alternativen Brennstoffe in Reaktoren (4) fur das Vorerhitzen und/oder Vorkalzinieren von Rohmehl in einer von den Brennern (12) des jeweiligen Reaktors (4) gesonderten Brenneinrichtung (17) einge- setzt und zumindest teilweise verbrannt, worauf eine ggf. vollständige Verbrennung im Inneren der Reaktoren (4) mit dem dem Brenner (12) des Reaktors (4) in überstöchiometrischer Menge zugeführten Verbrennungssauerstof f vorgenommen wird. Die Vorrichtung zum Verwerten von alternativen Brennstoffen bei der Klinker- bzw. Zementherstellung mit einem Klinkerofen (1) und einem Reaktor (4) mit Brennern (12) zum Vorerhitzen und Kalzi- nieren des Rohmehls und wenigstens einer Zuleitung (18) fur Verbrennungsluft bzw. -sauerstoff ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine gesonderte Brenneinrichtung (17) mit einem Zwangs- förderer für alternative Brennstoffe, wie z.B. einem Schieber Oder einer Förderschnecke (16), vorgesehen ist und im Inneren des jeweiligen Reaktors (4) mündet.
