Abstract

The device relates to a system for unwinding a package of yarn (R1) to be treated; a treatment path of the yam (Y); a system for winding the treated yam onto a package (R2); along said path, a section for cold stretching (7-11) of the yarn and, downstream of the section for cold stretching, a section for shrinkage comprising an oven (15) to heat the yarn, through which the path of the yarn passes.
