Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft flächenförmige, in wäßriger Umgebung sich auflösende oder zerfallende Darreichungsform zur Freisetzung mindestens eines Wirkstoffs in einer Körperöffnung oder Körperhöhlung, umfassend eine Polymer-Matrix in Form eines Räume oder Hohlräume aufweisenden, verfestigten Schaums, sowie mindestens einen pharmazeutischen oder kosmetischen Wirkstoff, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß das Polymer der Matrix ein Polyvinylalkohol-Polyethylenglycol-Pfropfcopolymer ist; und Verfahren zur Herstellung derartiger Darreichungsformen.
