Abstract

 誘電泳動パネル(10)は、誘電性物質を含む試料に交流電圧により形成された電界を印加することにより上記誘電性物質を誘電泳動させる。上記誘電泳動パネル(10)は、下側基板(1)上に、上記誘電性物質を誘電泳動させる泳動レーン(3)を複数備えている。また、上記下側基板(1)上には、上記泳動レーン(3)と交差する複数の泳動電極(6a)からなり、上記泳動レーン(3)に注入された試料に電界を印加するために交流電圧を印加することで上記誘電性物質を誘電泳動させる泳動電極アレイ(6)が設けられている。上記泳動電極アレイ(6)における各泳動電極(6a)は、上記複数の泳動レーン(3)に跨がって設けられている。
