Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de bétonnage de radiers dans des tunnels ferroviaires. Ce dispositif comprend un moule extensible transversalement pour former le radier de bétonnage, uni par sa partie avant, au moyen d'un châssis, à un équipement de traction qui comprend des chenilles et des colonnes de nivellement du moule. Des vibrateurs sont logés à l'intérieur du moule afin de compacter le béton. Le châssis comprend des moyens automatiques d'autonivellement au moyen d'au moins deux colonnes hydrauliques commandées par des moyens de détection disposés sur les deux côtés du tunnel. Le dispositif selon l'invention convient particulièrement au bétonnage de radiers de tunnels de lignes de chemins de fer à grande vitesse et permet de bétonner automatiquement toute la largeur de la lumière intérieure du tunnel de façon à conserver automatiquement les quotas préétablis d'horizontalité et de relèvement des virages.
