Abstract

El gen Slug, sus productos de replicación, transcripción o expresión, así como productos relacionados con la regulación de dicho gen Slug o con la regulación, eliminación o degradación de sus productos de expresión o traducción, puede ser utilizado en la identificación, prevención o tratamiento de la diseminación o el desarrollo de metástasis en sujetos con cáncer, tal como un sujeto que padece un cáncer cuyas células cancerosas expresan el gen Slug.
