Abstract

L'invention concerne la production de pastilles substrat gonflantes comme forme d'administration par voie orale pour des fibres alimentaires, pouvant être utilisées notamment à des fins diététiques. Ces pastilles substrat gonflantes contiennent, outre au moins une fibre alimentaire, au moins 0,1 % en poids d'un carbonate et/ou d'un bicarbonate, les fibres alimentaires utilisées de préférence étant la pectine, l'alginate, la cellulose, l'hémicellulose, la lignine et/ou l'oligofructose. La production de ces pastilles s'effectue par extrusion d'un mélange de fibre(s) alimentaire(s) avec du carbonate et/ou du bicarbonate, présentant une consistance pâteuse.
