Description

MACHINE COMBINEE FORESTIERE POUR LE TRAVAIL DU SOL FORESTRY COMBINED MACHINE FOR Tillage

La partie mobile 15a de l'autre âge 15 porte une même platine rotativeThe present invention relates to a combined or multipurpose machine for forestry use and more particularly intended for working the soil. The object of the invention is to provide a machine capable of carrying out the essential work of preparing and / or maintaining the soil, in particular the undergrowth, namely brush cutting, scarification and plowing. The invention aims to provide a truly versatile machine capable, on site and in a simple and rapid manner, of being put into any one of a plurality of working configurations ensuring one or more of the functions of brush cutting, scarification and plowing. . To this end, the subject of the invention is a combined forestry machine for working the soil comprising a tool-carrying chassis on which are mounted: - a set of brushcutter rollers arranged in the lower part of the chassis; - a decompaction tooth mounted movably on the chassis between a working position and a raised retraction position and disposed in the axis of the chassis downstream of said brushcutter rollers; - At least one pair of road displacement wheels, movably mounted on the chassis between a lowered position called displacement and a raised position called retraction; - a pair of plowing discs, movably mounted on the chassis between a working position and a raised retracting position, the discs being arranged downstream of the decompaction tooth, symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the chassis; - A pair of scarification discs, movably mounted on the chassis between a working position and a raised retraction position, the scarification discs being arranged on either side of the plowing discs, and - selective control means the movement of the above tools and movable wheels. Such a machine is capable of working according to two main configurations, one combining brush cutting and scarification and the other combining brush cutting and plowing with the possible possibility of scarification using external discs and / or decompacting with using the decompaction tooth lowered into the working position. In a third so-called displacement configuration, all of the discs and the decompaction tooth are raised and the wheels are lowered into the circulation position, all of the tools being above ground. Other characteristics and advantages will emerge from the description which follows of an embodiment of the combined machine of the invention, description given by way of example only and with reference to the appended drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a side elevation view of a combined machine according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a top view of the machine of Figure 1; - Figure 3 is a bottom perspective view of the machine; - Figures 4, 5 and 6 are views similar to those of Figures 1 to 3 respectively, a number of equipment of the machine being removed; - Figures 7 and 8 show the machine in the scarification configuration; - Figures 9 and 10 show the machine in the plowing configuration; - Figures 1 1 and 12 show the machine of Figures 9 and 10 whose outer discs are raised, and - Figure 13 shows the machine in road traffic configuration. We will now describe in more detail the machine of the invention with reference first to Figures 1 to 3 and Figures 4 to 6 on which a number of equipment of the machine are removed to facilitate understanding . The machine shown in Figures 1 to 3 consists of a tool holder frame comprising a drawbar 1 adapted to be fixed to a three-point hitch 2 of a tractor, or other suitable machine, via a system conventional shock absorber 3 and a coupling ring 4. The drawbar 1 is a square beam connected at its rear part to an assembly comprising two transverse beams 5 and 6 in the plane of the beam 1 and a subframe designated by generally by the reference numeral 7 and carrying two brushcutter rollers 8 forming between them in the usual way a certain angulation. At the rear of the chassis is arranged, in the axis of the drawbar 1, a relief tooth 9, mounted articulated around an axis 10 perpendicular to the direction of advance of the machine, on a yoke 1 1 itself articulated on the chassis. At 12 in FIG. 2 is shown a vertical jack with double-acting control of the position, working or retracted, of the compacting tooth 9. The yoke 1 1 is integral with a larger yoke 13 carrying two parallel ages 14 and 15, symmetrically arranged with respect to the drawbar 1 and each carrying an agricultural disc of plowing type respectively 16 and 17. The large yoke 13 is capable of pivoting about an axis 18 parallel to the axis 10 under the action of a double-acting cylinder 19 anchored on the cross-member 5 and whose rod 20 is articulated on the small yoke 1 1. The ages 14 and 15 are of telescopic structure, one (14) towards the rear and the other ( 15) forward. The movable part 14a of age 14 carries a rotary plate 21 (see FIG. 14) on which is mounted a prop 22 carrying the disc 16. The prop 22 has a particular structure and is boxed so as to integrate a disengageable hydraulic bearing motor (22a) to drive, in a particular configuration of the machine, the disk 16 rotating in the direction of advance of the machine . The movable part 15a of the other age 15 carries the same rotary plate

Furthermore, the two discs 16, 17, called central discs, are each equipped with a counter-sep 24 (see figure 9). At 25 are shown (FIGS. 9 and 10) cranks for controlling the movement of the discs 16, 17 axially at ages 14, 15. The ages 14, 15 are flanked by two wheels 26 mounted articulated on the chassis 7. For this purpose, the wheels are each carried by an arm 27 secured to a yoke 28 articulated on the chassis around an axis 29 parallel to the axes 10 and 18, under the action of a double-acting cylinder 30 anchored on a yoke 31 fixed to the cross-member 6. Finally, the wheels 26 are themselves flanked by two so-called outer ages 32, parallel to the central ages 14, 15, also mounted articulated on the chassis 7 of the machine. For this purpose, each age 32 is fixed on a yoke 33 articulated on the chassis 7 around the axis 18 and controlled by a double-acting cylinder 34 anchored on a yoke 35 fixed on the cross-member 5. At the end of each age 32 is mounted a rotary plate 36 on which is fixed a prop 37 carrying a free agricultural disc 38. At 39 is shown a conventional depth limiter. While the two central discs 16 and 17 can work in scarification and plowing, the two outer discs 38 only work in scarification, the latter having a diameter smaller than that of the discs 16, 17. In Figures 4 to 6, there is shown the machine of Figures 1 to 3, the decompaction tooth 9 and the four disc equipment (16, 17, 38) have been removed. We will now describe the operations of the machine in its various configurations. In a first configuration illustrated by FIGS. 7 and 8, the machine combines brush cutting, by the rollers 8, and scarification, by the four discs 16, 17, 38 which are placed with the same angle of attack, the discs being arranged symmetrically relative to the direction of travel of the machine to avoid offset. In this configuration, the decompaction tooth 9 is raised, thanks to the jack 1 2 and the ages 14, 15 and 32 are all horizontal and have the same length, the wheels 26 being of course in the raised position thanks to the jacks 30. Furthermore, the central discs 16, 17 are not rotated by the bearing motors 22a which are then disengaged. In a second configuration illustrated by FIGS. 9 and 10, the machine combines brush cutting, by the rollers 8, unpacking by the tooth 9, lowered into the working position between the rollers 8 and the discs by the jack 12 and plowing by the four discs 16, 17 and 38 in the working position. More specifically, the outer discs 38 have the same inclination but inverted with respect to that of the central discs 16 and 17 which are also (FIG. 10) offset axially by machine, using the crank devices 25, the disc of right 1 being shifted forward relative to the outer discs 38 and the left disc 16 being shifted backward. In this configuration, the central discs 16, 17 are rotated in the direction of advance of the machine by the hydraulic bearing motors 22a. The angular inclination of the discs 16, 17, 38 is adjustable using the rotary plates 21 and 36. It should be noted that all ages 14, 15, 32 are provided, in known manner, with a so-called system non-stop consisting of an oleopneumatic accumulator acting on the control cylinder and allowing lifting momentary in the presence of an obstacle and automatic return to working position. In the configuration of FIGS. 9 and 10, all the disks are in action, but the external disks 38 can optionally be raised as illustrated in FIGS. 1 1 and 12, the central disks 16, 17 then being inverted in inclination to avoid offset from the machine. In the configurations of FIGS. 9 to 12, the machine can work with the decompaction tooth 9 in the retracted position (position of FIG. 7). Finally, FIGS. 13 and 14 show the machine in road traffic configuration, in which the wheels 26 are in the lowered position, of course below the brushcutter rollers 5 and the decompaction tooth 9 as well as the four ages 14, 15 and 32 are in the raised position. Due to the raising of ages 14, 15 and therefore of the yoke 1 1, the tooth 9 is thus found vertically. The damping system 3 disposed at the front of the drawbar 1 is mounted to rotate 360 ° on the drawbar, which makes it possible to absorb any side of the machine, while a stump shield 40 fixed to the subframe 7 in upstream of the brushcutter rollers 8 allows the machine to rise in the presence of an obstacle on the surface and thus protect the rollers 8 which are for example conventional rollers consisting of a barrel armed with blades mounted journalled on adjustable bearings allowing '' adjust the inclinations (shift angle and vertical angle) of the rollers. The machine jacks (1 2, 19, 30, 34, 22a) are hydraulic jacks connected by hoses to the hydraulic unit of the machine towing the machine and controlled by the operator of the machine. It should be noted that the combined machine according to the invention can be additionally equipped with a fertilizer spreader mobile spreading hopper according to the French patent application N ° 03 07972 filed on 1 July 2003 in the name of Applicant, such a spreader being mounted on the drawbar 1 upstream of the subframe 7 ".
