Abstract

L'invention concerne des chimiokines de synthèse, leurs procédés de production, et leurs utilisations. Parmi les chimiokines de synthèse selon l'invention figurent des chimiokines qui ont subi une ou plusieurs délétions d'aminoacides au niveau du C-terminal par rapport à la chimiokine de type sauvage correspondante, qui comportent un ou plusieurs polymères liés par covalence, et qui ont subi un ou plusieurs changements d'aminoacides supplémentaires ou modifications chimiques. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à des chimiokines de synthèse sous forme oligomère sensiblement purifiée, par exemple sous forme monomère ou dimère. La présente invention concerne par ailleurs des procédés pour synthétiser lesdites chimiokines de synthèse, des formulations pharmaceutiques et des nécessaires correspondants, ainsi que l'utilisation de ces chimiokines de synthèse en tant qu'outils de recherche et médicaments.
