Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux gènes provenant de micro-organismes produisant des aminoglycosides, de nouvelles batteries de gènes formées à partir de gènes nouveaux et/ou connus de ces micro-organismes, des produits d'expression de ces gènes, des véhicules de transformation renfermant de tels gènes ou de telles batteries de gènes, des cellules transformées renfermant de tels gènes ou de telles batteries de gènes. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de production biotechnologique d'aminoglycosides, des procédés de biosynthèse combinatoire de dérivés d'aminoglycosides, de nouveaux aminoglycosides, des utilisations de tels aminoglycosides, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques renfermant de tels aminoglycosides.
