Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de la réutilisation de matériaux et notamment de la transformation et de réutilisation de déchets contenant du bitume. Selon l'invention, les déchets sont broyés puis chargés dans une cuve de fusion de bitume et de séparation du bitume de son substrat en carton en présence d'un caloporteur liquide de contact. Pendant le réchauffement, on évacue les gaz de brûlage sous pression depuis la partie brûleur de la cuve via un boîtier destiné à réduire la pression des gaz de brûlage, par une conduite à destination d'un séparateur de gaz destiné à la capture et à la sédimentation de la suie. Le gaz est ensuite envoyé dans un dispositif de filtrage dans lequel il est purifié et éjecté dans l'atmosphère sous la forme d'air purifié. Le bitume fondu et la masse de carton sont extraits de la cuve de fusion et refroidis jusqu'à une température ne dépassant pas 140 °C, après quoi la masse de carton est rincée dans un réactif qui dissout le bitume puis utilisée pour fabriquer des matériaux de revêtement de toit et/ou en tant que combustible. La phase liquide qui reste après le rinçage est utilisée en tant que base dans la fabrication de laques à partir du bitume. La suie est utilisée au moins dans la fabrication d'articles techniques en caoutchouc ou en tant que colorant, ou en tant que pigment dans la fabrication de laques et de peintures. En outre, l'invention concerne une installation destinée à la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Elle comprend un séparateur de gaz, un dispositif de filtrage de gaz et une cuve de fusion de bitume, qui font partie de l'installation. Cette solution technique assure l'optimisation d'un processus de transformation sans déchets et écologiquement propre des déchets de matériaux de toiture contenant du bitume; elle augment la productivité et permet de réduire au minimum les dépenses matérielles et énergétiques, de réduire le temps de transformation, simplifie le procédé et diminue la consommation de matériaux utilisés dans l'installation.
