技术领域
本发明涉及通信计费方法,特别涉及通信用户快速获取通信计费 信息的方法。
背景技术 随着通信技术的飞速发展, 各种方式的通信手段日益普及, 固定 电话和移动电话是大众通信的主要方式。 目前通信终端(例如固定电 话机和移动电话机)的价格已经比较低廉, 通信中产生的费用 (例如 话費)在通信总成本中占据了相当大的比例, 几个月的话费会超过一 部电话机的成本已经很常见。用户迫切需要及时地知道话费的产生情 况, 以便能够有效地进行话费控制。 此外, 少数不法分子使用欺骗的 手段引诱不明真相的用户打一些高收费的电话,使用户不知不觉间产 生高额的话费, 如果用户能够及时知道话费的数额, 不必要的经济损 失就会大幅度减少。 电信运营商也希望能够向用户及时提供话费数 据, 一方面可以减少因为话费产生的纠纷, 另一方面可能可以通过这 种增值服务获得额外的收入。 但是, 目前对大多数用户来说话费还是一个黑箱, 只有在每个月 收到帐单的时候才知道总额,如果希望知道具体的通话收费情况还需 要去电信运营商的专门网点查询, 费时费力。 目前市场上有一种外接的单独的计费器,可以及时显示大致的话 费。 如图 1所示, 计费器连接在交换机和用户终端之间。 在使用这种 计费器以前, 用户需要在计费器上面设置各种费率 (计费规则), 例 如长途是多少钱一分钟, 市话是多少钱一分钟等等, 当通信类型比较 多的时候,设置过程显得相当的复杂和繁瑣。当用户拨通电话的时候, 计费器记录相关的信息 (例如被叫的电话号码), 同时开始计时。 通 话结束(挂机)的时候, 计费器根据设置的计费规则计算本次通话的 费用, 并且显示给用户。 例如, 计费器通过分析被叫号码发现是一个 本地电话, 并从预先设置的计费规则中找到本地电话的费率, 将该费 率乘以记录的通话时间, 就可以得到本次通话的费用。 在部分移动电话中也存在类似于上文所述计费器的功能,使用方 法和工作原理也是大同小异的,唯一的区别是把这个功能集成到移动 电话内部了。 在实际应用中,上述方案存在以下问题:设置复杂、计费不准确、 成本高。 造成这种情况的主要原因在于,因为电信运营商的提供的业务类 型很多, 资费条件也很多, 例如以长途电话为例, 打到不同的地点、 在不同的时间段通话费率都是不同的。 而且, 资费政策也会变化, 例 如以前的长途是按照分钟计费, 现在是按照秒计费。 再加上电信运营 商的一些促销行为 (例如促销期间, 在一定的时段打电话可以享受一 定的折扣), 导致通信的计费非常复杂, 业务规则繁多, 而且经常变 更, 非专业人员几乎不可能准确地把所有的计费规则搞清楚, 更不要 说把它们准确地设置到计费器中去了。 另外, 就算极少数用户有能力有耐心获取并输入这些计费规则, 计费器本身出于成本的考虑也不可能做得如此复杂。 因为计费规则不可能完全准确,导致最终计算出来的话费不可能 完全准确。
此外, 因为要购置额外的设备, 用户需要支付额外的费用, 总的 通信成本提高了。
发明内容 有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种通信计费信息反馈方 法及其系统,使得用户可以在通话结束后立即获得本次通话的准确费 用信息, 而且不增加额外设备、 不需要额外设置操作。 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种通信计费信息反馈方法, 当 用户结束呼叫时, 包含以下步骤:
A 网络侧计费设备生成所述呼叫的通信计费信息,并将该通信计 费信息发送给用户终端; B 所述用户终端接收并显示所述通信计费信息。 其中, 所述步骤 B中, 所述用户终端接收到所述通信计费信息时 不振铃。 网络侧不向所述用户终端发送铃流信号。 所述步驟 B还包含以下子步驟: 所述用户终端根据数据格式判断收到的信息是否为通信计费信 息, 如果是则显示所述通信计费信息。 所述用户终端对收到的所述通信计费信息进行合法性检查。 所述网络侧计费设备可通过频移键控或双音多频的方式向所述 用户终端发送所述通信计费信息。 当所述用户是充值用户时,所述通信计费信息还包含所述用户的 充值余额。 本发明还提供了一种通信计费信息反馈系统,包含网络侧计费设 备和用户终端, 所述网络侧计费设备用于在用户结束呼叫时生成该呼叫的通信 计费信息, 并把该通信计费信息发送到所述用户终端; 所述用户终端用于接收并显示所述通信计费信息。 其中, 所述用户终端可以是固定电话机或者移动电话机。 所述网络侧计费设备可以是交换机。 所述网络侧计费设备向所述用户终端发送通信计费信息时不需 要发送铃流信号, 所述用户终端收到所述通信计费信息时不振铃, 但 可以根据设置提供提示音。 通过比较可以发现, '本发明的技术方案与现有技术的区别在于, 利用了电信运营商交换机上的实时计费信息, 当用户通话结束时, 立 即把交换机上的计费信息发送到用户终端,并由用户终端显示计费信 息, 同时不发送铃流信号, 防止用户终端振铃, 终端可以灵活设置 检测到话费数据后是否由终端自己提供提示音。 如果是充值用户, 交 换机还同时把充值余额一起发送给用户终端。 这种技术方案上的区别, 带来了较为明显的有益效果, 即由于是 使用了来自电信运营商的实时计费信息, 因此保证了交换机生成的话 单与用户终端上显示话费的准确性和一致性。复杂的计费规则由电信 运营商维护, 用户不需要任何参与。 用户只需要拥有电话机即可, 不 需要额外的费用购置其他装置, 降低了用户通信成本。
交换机在传送话费的过程中不向通信终端发送铃流信号, 因此用 户终端不会振铃, 符合用户使用习惯, 使用过程与正常的通话没有任 何区别, 便于进行全网推广。
